I would not reccomend this Kona store, although it is the largest one on the West side of Hawaii Big Island. I drove to buy a phone today Sunday September 13, 2020 from my phone carrier verizon. I was set in front of a sales man-- he shared with me many many ways in which how he could not help me set up my new phone that I wanted to purchase today. I said goodbye and drove to the Kamuela store at Parker Ranch. I purchased my beautiful SE which is red and the young man set up my phone as I had requested. The sales people in KONA VERIZON STORE NEED TRAINING so they can easily assist customers.
