I went through H&R Block online and thought it'd be easier. I got paired with William Norman, the first call I received I felt accused of lying over a child credit, the second time he made me feel like a COMPLETE inconvenience with his extremely exaggerated breaths after asking for help in a situation. Both phone calls he had extreme attitude, I decided to just go ahead and get in contact with the IRS myself since I'm clearly not getting the customer service you'd expect. I tried giving a review on another site but seems like it wont get posted, I'll never go through them again.
