Not sure who the girl was in Spencer's a couple of weekends ago. She must have been in charge of something or thought she was anyway I've never heard someone speak to employee so disrespectful. I felt so bad for the staff that was working she was yelling ordering them around like they were animals. I was trying to shop and she was bossing me around telling me what size earrings I needed where to look. Not sure who put her in charge but she sure needs some type of classes to teach her how to speak to people. If you don't have any employees in there working I can sure see why I would never work for a dictator like her.
