Long time customers of the Arcadia location sat 81322 we had reservation @the Ontario showed up & they said no reservations.we sure had one as we 2 people were witnesses when my niece made them.the hostess told us sorry and asked us to leave they won't be serving us as they had no options a family had just walked in with no reservations and were told the wait time and they chosed to wait we were just told they could not served us. I was shocked and felt humiliated at a chain restaurant that my family has been going to for over 20 years to have the Ontario location do this its unbelievable to me. Now 11 people all ordering Tepan style,sushi and drinks your restaurant lost a pretty good sale. We all work at different banks,dealers, law offices and medical offices in the Ontario area and you bet we are sharing the horrific way we were treated. I'm 59 years old and have NEVER b experienced anything like this. No other option like sorry let me see what we can do, or let me speak to my manager or it might be a wait but let me see what we can do. The celebration for a young 28 year old went sour as she was embarrassed infront of her family her mom and I sat at the same table when she made the reservation as an adult she knows your type of restaurant requires a reservation she is an educated well groomed young lady not a first time as she has been going with us to your Arcadia location.
