  I thought I was just getting my nails removed… I went to Upscale Spa and Nails to have my nexgen nails removed, but I will not be going back! I thought this would be painless and quick, but not so much. My nail technician soaked my nails in a bowl of nail remover, that got my fingers stuck together multiple times, and would not remove the powder from my nails, so the technician preceded to try and POP off my nails!! I told her I had never seen anyone, but myself try and do that before. After working on my nails for 25 MINUTES, I asked if we could do the foil packets because that has worked well on my nails in the past. The nail technician replied, “but that would take longer”! I said, “ I know, but since this is taking so long and my nails are thick , this usually works ”. She got up, annoyed, and tried to find the foil packets. She sat back down with a couple of pieces of foil and grabbed a piece of cotton from another table. She then proceeded to take the one piece of cotton, and dip it in the bowl with the nail polish remover! She then rubbed it on top of each individual nail
