We have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. Previous staff until this past year was customer oriented, friendly, and went the extra mile. This past year service has deteriorated, bathroom always closed, unfriendly staff that closes up shop 15 to 20 minutes early. The hours change last minute as well. We thought it was the result of the covid pandemic, but service is getting worse. Now we are visiting other Starbucks and seeing a huge difference. Managers not rushing people out, bathrooms clean and available, and friendly staff. This is our home based Starbucks and we want it back to its once customer oriented status.
