Shopping during the holiday season is hard enough without having to deal with lazy people who decide to park into cross lanes with their hazard lights on while their passenger runs into Starbucks! So I ask the nearby security guard who's in his golf cart nearby chatting with a woman he seemed to know, to address the woman sitting on her phone blocking traffic. Although he said he would address it, by the time I came out of the store he was still just chatting with the same woman and the lady STILL BLOCKING TRAFFIC!! TOTALLY unprofessional but I guess the safety of shoppers walking in the parking lot is not part of his job.
