  • Rachael's Hallmark in Champions Village customer review by Lisa

    - Dec 12, 2021

We visited this location to purchase a gift for my parents for being supportive through my doctoral program and were treated poorly by an ill-mannered and insolent sales associate. She is an older, white haired, short woman. I did not receive her name nor do I wish to return to the store to collect it. If being followed around the store wasn't intrusive enough, she basically invited me to leave the store. I was trying to finalize my selection and purchase my items but as I tried to ask her a question, she interrupted me. I said, "Are these-." She said, "Yes, we are closing. We close at 7." Pointing at her watch and the door. She went on to say, "It's 6:59. You have one minute." She had a nasty tone. I just said, "I don't want this." We then left. I just wanted to know if the items were uniquely different. If they were, we were going to purchase the whole lot. Considering how the pandemic caused many businesses to close, one would think Hallmark would want it's representative s to at least display customer service. Hallmark has nice merchandise, but NOT NICE ENOUGH TO BE DISRESPECTED.
