This location is the worst location to ever shop for anything. Their customer service is rude they're very unprofessional in the manager is the worst this was my first time going to this store and my last I give them two thumbs down if you're going to buy furniture go to Ashley in the alliance Center where customers are treated with respect

Worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. My wife and I were looking for a standard mattress and foundation set. We were met at the door by an aggressive salesman who literally high-pressured us into buying an adjustable bed set that cost at least 2 grand more than I had been planning to spend. I asked if the delivery team would take our old mattress set away, and the salesman said they would and put "take old mattress" on the order. I was at work when the mattress set arrived and my wife accepted delivery. The delivery people refused to take the old mattress and frame away because they said their order was for mattress takeaway only. To add injury to insult, they were in such a rush that they mispositioned the bed stand so that it is off center from our headboard and blocks the drawers on one side of the bed. I learned my lesson the hard way. All I can tell anyone contemplating doing business with this store is, "Buyer beware!" I know I will never go there again. Too bad this site doesn't have negative star ratings - I would rate them less than zero.
