In defense for belk, plumbing issues are not the fault of the employees! If the customers would not over stuff the commodes when wiping their bottoms, these issues would not happen! Taking your frustrations out on the employees does not help matters! Just remember the employees have to find other arrangements as well as the customers!!

I’d be VERY DESPERATE to ever shop at the Mt. Juliet Belk EVER AGAIN!!! I really needed to use their restroom; but when I got there there were “out of order” signs on the bathroom doors. And then this man quickly pops out of their “employees only ” door and said “our restrooms are out of order” are order!” (Did I say that this is was almost YEAR into Covid thing!) and he says “ IT RAINED LAST NIGHT!!! HOW convenient!! THEY SURE WILL let you COME AND TOUCH STUFF, AND TAKE YOUR DIRTY MONEY but not use their restrooms!!!
