I'm not a frequent shopper.I went into Lincoln mall target to buy a gift card for a coworkers birthday.. I was totally shocked to see this store a MESS. Shoe dept was a mess,clothes on the floor,area by dressing room was loaded w carriages full of clothes. Few times I had been in that store it has been clean.Nota good impression today.Not sure why I don't shop there, buti won't be back anytime soon.
