Went today with an appointment, they said they didn't have my name. But did want to see me, the store was empty, the lady even try to call the person that was supposed to be there without success. Only voice mail. They preferred to gave an appointment for another day....of course I'll go. They even recognize that they were had problems with their appointment application.
