I have never received customer service like I have received from this store. I will definitely never be back. Joe the manager was the most arrogant manager I have ever dealt with. I was waiting and listening to how to talked to the elderly customer before me. He talked to her like she was a child. Please if you are looking for good service. Go to the Carlisle store. They definitely get a 5 star rating.
