WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My mother is an disabled, elderly woman. She brought her clothes to the laundry mat for professional cleaning. They destroyed her clothes (the women who work there), refused to give her the owner's number and offered her a $50 credit. I am extremely upset, my mother is horrified and has gotten sick regarding this whole situation. They only returned half of her clothing, which they had since this past weekend. I need for the owner to contact me immediately and let me know how this problem can be rectified.
