I had a case that was $35 that I had purchased which I noticed the next morning that it was cracked in one spot which made it unsturdy. The glitter gems were falling off as well already.. I tried to get a full refund because I didn't like the quality of the product and was told that I wasn't able to and only was able to exchange for the same product. There is no sign around stating that there are no refunds until you purchase your merchandise and it's printed on the receipt. This is terrible business and I would prefer to have my $35 back to go elsewhere to buy a better phone case.
