I frequently get Gas and cigarettes. The woman told me she needed to see my license which I am used to doing but for the last month was never asked. I was frustrated because I had to go back to my car. I was NOT upset with her request. I brought my license in and laid it down and told her my age. She raised her voice at me and said very defensively that she doesn't make the rules. I asked her why she was getting so defensive with me to which she replied because your yelling at me. I said let's just get the transaction done of which she put the cigarettes back, told me to take my card and license and told me she refused to serve me. I then moved the other register and she blatantly said "oh they won't serve you either." I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager and that I needed to leave The store immediately. SHE escalated the situation and is not management worthy because you do not handle customers like that. She should be fired!!!!
