On June 24th around 5pm we had been sopping over an hour filling cart for local donations and someone took it. Went to employees that did nothing but say idk and got same from manager at Beaverton or 185th store. I'm certain manager took our cart, i believe she did so out of prejudice because we are gay. I don't know why else the cart would just vanish from the store completely and the only employee that would help us was a guy in the back area that wasn't aware of what they did. The two ladies up front (greeter and manager) treated us like sh*t. The attitude was like we were garbage people and just wanted us out of their store. They literally offered ZERO help. Just an oh, someone must have put it back, even tho there were probably 50 items and they would need the flashes ability to put All those items away in less than 2 min. The fact is that they took the cart, and were lying to us. That is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had shopping in my life. Our rights and our dignity were taken from us when the manager took it upon herself to confiscate the cart and all the items it took over an hour to get. All we got was just ",,i don't know where your cart is." With an undertone of F*CK you And get out of our store. Worst experience in our lives as far as prejudice goes but this is definitely not the last time this is gonna happen. We will take this to corporate, or the media. Whatever it takes, o want these people exposed and fired.
