  • City Gear in Western Hills Plaza customer review by Lindsey

    - Dec 24, 2021

My husband and I were in your store at the Western Hills plaza. We were not greeted by the counter or any staff at all.. the cashier was extremely rude, no eye contact it was like she couldn't see. After she had rang a shirt in and that was $48 I seen that she was just going to throw it in the bag so I just you know got the shirt and I folded it up. I don't know if that ticked her off or what but I was polite about everything. From then she just took the pants and threw him in the bag all crumbled up after I folded the shirt. I did make a comment about her customer service being poor. After her rudely shoving a $65 pants she was very nasty and was running her mouth. From then the bouncer was even running his mouth to me and my husband. I don't know if he's a bouncer or security guard at that location. It was embarrassing also we had our three year old son with us. Whoever can work at a store like this and not have customer service is definitely a problem. I understand everybody is going through a hard time with finding good employment but we can't just settle. If I were the owner of that store I would hope he would come aware of this soon and do something about it. It's just completely unacceptable. Especially being Christmas eve. . I mean she literally ruined or experience shopping within that plaza. It was just completely disrespect. Thank you for your time
