I’ve lived in Brooklyn for 12 years, so I have been patronizing this Baskin-Robbins for that long. What the heck is happening here? There’s not enough people to man the store. I went in for ice cream. I didn’t get any. No one waited on me. None of the ice cream is labeled. It just looks like a bunch of junk. The few people that are working there look like they’re ready to lose their minds because they’re so busy.
