The store has great deals except their delivery is not great. I picked out two living room chairs and was assigned a delivery date. The next day I was told the delivery was pushed up 4 days past the given date. This was not good as my disabled son was visiting for the weekend and I had already given my couch away. The salesperson, Michael U. came to the rescue and he delivered the recliner for my son to sit in, in his own truck with permission of his manager. I am only five miles from value city, but the kindness of this sales person was wonderful. He genuinely cared and I will shop there again and only have him help me. He has allowed me to rate 5 stars for this store!
