Have to say I have never been to this establishment before. I had received a gift card for my brows to be done about $30 last Christmas. Do to the pandemic I had not been getting my brows done. So it has been some time since I have had treading done. I walked in and told the I was using a gift card she said ok sit down and she when right in and started to tread my brows never asking me what I wanted done to them. I couldn't even comprehend what was going on. It was so painful and I was so confused on what she was doing. She was so quick at taking off most of the eyebrow that was there. I had to stop her on the second on because of the pain. With in 5-7 minutes she had ripped out most of my eye brows. She said your done, oh by the way this gift card is expired. We changed our system and we no longer use this system for gift cards but we can give you a discount on the service today. I just paid the bill and left, I just wanted to get out of that shop and see what she had done to my eyebrows. She had left them very thin and on even to each other. Definitely not what I wanted !!!!!! Later to find out the one woman was the manager so when I said I was using the gift card she should have spoke up and said can't take this. I would have never when here to get my brows done had I not had the gift card. I just want to warn other people not to go here. The experience was was very traumatic and could have been handled so much better by the person providing the service.
