  I purchased 50 bags of mulch, which I have done many times. This time a young man named Mason was asked to load them for me. I started to help him but he started to load from the back of the bed. I told him that has never been done before. He did not say a word but loaded as fast as he could, I stopped helping and waited for him to realize he needed to load front to back. He refused to load the other side of the bed. He stacked the bags across the back and down one side with no bags on the other side. When he walked away as if he was done, I told him that was unsafe and not right. He screamed at me and kept asking if I was going to thank him for loading 50 bags by himself. I called his supervisor James over to look. He just shook his head and told me to fill out the survey on the bottom of the receipt. He did help me redistribute the load so I could drive home. When i counted the bags when I unloaded , he shorted me 3 bags. I have purchased mulch and had in loaded many times with no problems, Mason did a horrible job and sure did not represent his employer in a proffesional way
