Horrible. Incompetent. Rude. Staff member 1, I asked for a price check on a $70 belt, he said the price on there is what it is and turned and walked away. I went to the counter to purchase it, it was $46.... I had 500 pts on my Rewards Account which is supposed to give me $50 off of a purchase, he called the manager up, I showed him the 500 points on my rewards account on my phone, he said he can do nothing without a certificate and sent me packing. I called customer service, she said they could have honored it and cancelled the certificate....40 miles round trip @ $8 in gas wasted on incompetent, rude, horrible customer service. Pitiful. A disgusting display of customer service by the Manager and the employee.
