I love the outlet stores themselves. But the Tanger organization itself is horrid. I went to purchase a Tanger Gift Card. My daughter needed this for someone. I wanted a $50 gift card and was charged an additional fee to activate the card. I have never heard of such. I questioned the employee, "I have to pay for a gift card to use at your premises?" His reply was, "Yes". If I was not doing this for someone else, I would have left. What will they charge next, a parking fee, an entrance fee to shop? I won't be making Tanger purchases again. I'll just purchase specific store cards.
