On 10-11-23, visited subject business to get 4 pants taken up in the waist. I had to pay $80 upfront. Owner stated that I could pick them up on Saturday 10-14-23. I returned on that date to pick up my pants. I returned home and each one of the pants were exactly the same as to when I brought them in. I immediately returned to subject business and told owner that my pants were not altered at all. I even showed her as I put on a pair in her shop and she could see they had not been altered. I requested a refund to which she replied no. I told her that she, in effect, just robbed me of $80. After I left Jenny's business, I took the pants to an alteration shop in Eastridge Mall. They altered 3 of pants and told me the 4th pair were too big to be altered, to which I understood. How could Jenny have altered my pants and the business at the mall altered my pants and they fit perfectly after the mall alteration? How could she have altered one of the pants that were too big to be altered? This is a very dishonest business. I can understand why this is not a BBB accredited business! My one star rating is too generous based on my experience.
