I have been given the runaround the last 5 days about receiving a receipt. They don’t pick up the phones or close out their rental contracts. Would not recommend to use for work travel if you have to submit a travel voucher. Super unprofessional. When I returned the rental I was told they don’t print out receipts and that I’d be emailed one, now I’m going to have to pay out pocket to my job for the rental until I get my receipt. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
