They rob me Particularly at Massage luxe Apex, NC. they charged my card 475$ . I had 4 services pre Covid as well . they said they sent letters. They didnot call or sent email . Now they are saying they cannot refund or provide services. I lost $800 bucks on top of that the manager yelled at me and my husband , accused me for calling to book Appointments
