Running’s in Lockport, NY Terrible experiences with this store, several times! My husband refuses to walk in there any more. Latest problem was they advertised a flat of 32 plants for $11.99, I went and bought two flats. I realized I needed one more flat, picked out what I needed and when I got to the cash register she tried to charge me $19.99 for it. I said oh, not, it's the one on sale and showed her the ad with it clearly listed and told her I had already bought two. She called the manager and he said, oh, we didn't get those plants in, and it's so it's $19.99 only for all of one kind of plant. He argued with me in front of a whole line of customers and wouldn't work with be at all. Finally I left the store in a huff and vowed never to set foot in there again. Or the first time this bait and switch tactic has happened and in general their customer service is terrible. I spend hundreds of dollars in there every two weeks in animal feed, they just lost a good customer. I'll go back to Tractor Supply where I've Never been treated like that!
