Horrible service. I purchased a handbag and wallet less than a month ago. The handle is falling apart on the handbag. I went to ask for an exchange and Laura the manager refused to exchange or refund. She said that if she exchange it, she won't be able to resell my bad. WHAT!!!! I could not reason with her. I have no choice but to disputed charges on my cc. Unacceptable service and defective product!
