I like the diversity of Coram Plaza for many of my shopping needs. As a Google reviewer with nine million views, I find it to be important to address concerns. There are several mentions of "homeless" who have "infiltrated" your Plaza. Since I am a well-trained NYPD Auxiliary (ret.) and U.S. Navy Veteran (ret.) I am not easily intimidated. However, I would not want any ladies from my family shopping there unescorted, particularly in the evening. I am curious how you may address these concerns, such as hiring diligent, effective security to patrol the area. I am not talking about sitting in their cars, but rather being a presence to deter potential problems. I will be monitoring this area each time I visit and I WILL report anyone stalking, menacing, harrassing, and threatening women as well as the elderly. Please respond to this problem and rectify it. Thank you.
