I am a regular customer at prestige nails. I have been coming to them from past 2yrs. I always make an appointment and come. I am always in time or before time for my appointment. This is the first time in 2 yrs that I was 10 minutes late as I got stuck in the traffic due to accident on the road. I tried calling couple of times to let them know I will be little late due to traffic. They did not pick up the phone. They did not even call and check if I was coming for the appointment or not or to tell me that they were giving my appointment to someone else since I was late. When I reached to the store my appointment was given to someone else and the gentle man at the front desk was very rude. He told me " you should respect the appointment time". He should not be talking to customers that way. I thought that was very rude.
