I was over charged when getting my phone activated, which I purchased elsewhere. When I questioned why it cost so much because I had another phone activated a month prior. I was told by James the worker that the price went up. When I contacted metro pcs customer service I was only charged a portion of what he charged me. Now when I tried to get refunded he saying I bought additional items which I did not. The manager has not returned my call are tried to refunded me. Don't use this store for anything. I do not trust them.

Never go to this location! They're beating people out of their money! Overcharging you for items on the smartpay leasing plan! It's not smartpay who's beating people, it's this Metro! DON'T EVER GO HERE!
