I turned my ring into Kays for a repair on March 9, 2020 with an estimate return date of April 9, 2020 and I still do not have it back as of June 30, 2020! My wedding is the first weekend in August and the corporate office doesn’t know where my ring is and if any repairs have even been done! They see the receipt to show it is their possession but not where it actually is! And I’ve called multiple times and multiple days and get no answers and no return calls from anyone other than the sales associate, who is extremely nice, but has no further information! I’m so upset and stressed to the max on if I will even have my ring for our wedding!
