This is no reflection on JCpenny store itself- but on the salon, i got my hair done there on my birthday now mind u when i came i had hair , to make the story short i left with bawl spot that got coverup all trying to say if your not accustom to a client hair type and u unsure of how to take care of it- please ask someone to help you.Ive never been so disappoint from a salon in pennys until now.thank you
