Lowes is undersstaffed. not many employees that know about the products in the store and some cant be communicated with because they dont speak english well. their online inventory is not accurate for milorganite (was supposed to have 52 bags of milorganite in stock when they actually hade none in stock), fertilizers and other items in the garden shop. Calling the store is an excercise in futility-takes them for ever to answer the phone and usually you get put on hold for 5 to 25 minutes and bounced around to the wrong dept. RETAIL SALES IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE -on the phone and in the store. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE PLEASE! and know your product .That's just 2 ways you can do your part in Making America (and Lowes) Great Again. On the plus side,Lowes has a good supply to built great big walls. Thank you. Retail sales is ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spend about $5000 per year at home depot and Lowes and am constantly swithcing back and for to whichever store gives me the best service at that particular time- even if the items cost more.
