I am a Hospice nurse trying to get a coffee at 3am. No one at the drive through to take my order. I drove to the window and music was so loud ‘Steve’ the manager could not hear me yelling. (Yes the window was open). THEN he apologized and told me I had to go back around and get in line for my coffee!!!! NOT OK
