Sadly my review is not a good one. I used to love shopping at Price Rite on W. Pratt St. but now there are always people hanging outside trying to but food stamps, there are several men buying an abundance of sodas every day then they hang outside with carts and carts full of sodas. They use so many carts that customers have to wait for carts. The outside of the store is dirty and smells like urine. I have spoke with manage but haven't seen any improvements. Also the men buy so many sodas that a lot of times there aren't sodas for other customers.
