This morning, I attempted to exchange a birthday gift (Under Armor running pants - wrong size) that I purchased for my wife five weeks ago at your Dunkirk, Maryland store. Three weeks ago, I attempted the exchange, but found the store closed during normal workday business hours (I was there waiting from 10:30 to 11:00 am), but your store was closed and no one answered the phone. Subsequent phone calls over the next week also went unanswered (no voicemail). The clerk today refused to allow my exchange even after I explained that I had driven an hour each way within the 30-day exchange period only to find the store closed when it should have been open. After asking for the Manager's phone number, he finally allowed me to exchange the pants for the correct size. As I thanked him and walked away, he began to curse me - continuously and loudly until I exited - shocking to say the least! I want you to know that in my dozen times shopping visits to this location, the employees have always been rude. This exchange, today however, is completely unacceptable, and I would like a representative to contact me to discus this. Thank you.
