I visited Lens Crafters today around 2:00pm regarding an eye exam. At the time I entered the store, Laya and Marshell were at the front desk. They greeted me very politely and informed me what I had to do in order to schedule an eye exam or to obtain a copy of a current exam. The both of them were so knowledgeable and well verse regarding the function of company. I was very happy with the outcome my visit and the excellent customer service that I received from Laya and Marshell. They are a great access to the company.
