My wife signed up for a monthly family membership and made several attempts to cancel after the first month. In person, by email, over the phone. Several months later they’re still fraudulently charging my debit card. Sure it’s a fun place until they decide to keep helping themselves to your money for a service you cancelled and subsequently didn’t use because you though it was cancelled, as it should have been. Trash business ethics. Credit card fraud.
