I am so very disappointed in my service here! I use to really enjoy being a patient. Recently, (September-October), I and the secretary where I get my Diabetic Shoes and Inserts have been trying to get the forms for my diabetic shoes filled out by my PCP for over a month now!!! Prior to this (May I had a gap in medication for my mental health that had very alarming and concerning results!!! I hope someone in the office will see this review and do something, anything to assist me in getting my shoes and inserts!!!
