I am writing to give a Big Thank You to Kendra, the associate who was so vary helpful to me this week. I had purchased a welder that wasn’t in stock and upon further reflection the next day, decided that I would rather have the next better version. Kendra went above and beyond by not only processing the exchange, but also in researching my HF credit account in order make the swap. Her Customer Service game is On Point. Harbor Freight should consider giving this young lady a promotion. She is definitely a asset to your company.
