I purchased two massages from Groupon, and could not use them. The first time I scheduled a massage, I was called back in a couple of hours and told they "double booked" the massage therapist, and rescheduled for 8 days later. At the time of the second appointment, I went to the storefront at Glendale Mall and the "Open" sign was on the door, but the door was locked and no one answered for about fifteen minutes. I called twice and could only leave a voicemail, which I did, asking for an explanation, and still have not heard back after 3 days. And then Groupon would not refund my purchase amount, I could only get a credit for another groupon. My experience with Groupon is limited, this is only my third purchase, but very disappointing.
