I have been here a few times. The employees are down to earth. Very helpful and willing to help compared to 3rd party retailer stores who treat you like dirt. It does take longer wait time since a lot of people come here which tells you that people prefer this official retail store. I recommend this place and call ahead to schedule a time slot.

service was good but needed to change our time for a appointment and there is no number listed. Called another store and told that they have no number for that location. How does a store that sells and services phones not have a phone number. Had to make a trip to the store to change appointment time. Not too happy with that service.

We have been there several times lately because we bought two phones and all the accessories for gifts. Also went back to transfer photos, contacts etc. Mike was great. All other employees did bare minimum, causing return visits. Again, bare minimum effort. Don't go there if you don't want to be completely frustrated.
