Sandburg Mall has been closed for years. It was a great mall back in the day, though.

I think you need to tare that mall down because you literally have 2 stores and that is after Penny's leave. So that is what i would do and instead of making it in indoor mall I would make it an outside mall. Also invite all the tenants you had and ask if they can come back to the mall. Then you would have just more then two tenants, because that mall has nothing and it is really dark in there so we never know when it is open or close and you should also lower the rent some.
