On Sunday,Sept.11th at about 12:36PM, I purchased some bananas, cake, and AAA batteries. The batteries were 10.99. When I got home the batteries were Not in the bags! I checked the back seat of my car and they were not there ether. I called the store ( Harlem and Foster Jewel-Osco) to let them know about the problem. I sent my daughter in to resolve the issue. Your Customer Service, And I use that term VERY loosely, Told my daughter that I probably lost them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I spend a few hundred dollars a week at this store. I'm NOT going to try to make off with a pack of batteries. I need satisfaction or I will no longer patronize Jewel-Osco! Steve Ritter
