I placed a pick up order and they said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later and they just started making my order when I got there. No on seemed to care and I was bringing the food for a dinner party which had a limited time frame. Annoying to plan, call ahead and then not to have my food ready when I got there. I had to wait in the restaurant 20 minutes for them to prepare the order that I called in. I asked to speak to the manager and he lamely said "sorry".
