I submitted 2 important print orders, via email, on Monday to pick up on Wednesday. Staff confirmed he had them, as we exchanged emails back & forth. I arrive for pick up Wednesday. The orders are NOT ready. The worst part, however, is that the owner sat there and heard the exchange, but NEVER APOLOGIZED, even after I asked if he should apologize for what happened. I left that store. I would NEVER recommend them. The OWNER did not care at all about my order or my business.
