My husband and I chose this place because we had been a couple of times before and had good service. This time after the tech had me to put my feet in the basin I could feel nails that had not been cleaned out from a previous customer sticking my feet! I was shocked took my feet out told the tech they checked it out, took the plastic out and saw the nails, cleaned the basin.I am thankful those nails didn't cut through my skin. I wasn't offered any compensation and of course the techs that service us wanted a tip.
