I DO love the subs there. But there are definite problems. They occasionally use stale yesterday’s “crunchy”bread. The fresh bread is soft and tasty. “Yesterdays” bread is firm with hard, stale ends. The employees are SO depressed looking. They don’t smile of interact AT ALL. It’s like they HATE being there!! The new male supervisor DOES NOT speak, smile or say anything more than he has to. They need a customer service training video!

Place is nasty .went there today. During all this covid 19 going on. They had a maintenance guy standing on the counter literally while customers in there ordering .they didn't even sanitize the counter where he was standing. Then the rude African American subway girl threw a ladies debit card on the counter and made the customer touch the counter to pick up her debit card. Nasty
